Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Just Travel India Software Private Limited ("Just Travel India", "we") and the travel agency that signs up ("you", "the agency"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your agency.

1. The service

Just Travel India is online software for travel agencies to manage leads, quotations, bookings, payments, invoices, suppliers and an agency website. We may improve, change or add features over time. We will tell you in advance before removing a feature you pay for.

2. Your account

• You must give correct agency details, including your GSTIN if you are registered.
• The agency owner controls who gets access and what each role can see. You are responsible for what your staff do in your account.
• Keep passwords and passkeys safe and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

3. Free trial

New agencies get a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No payment method is needed to start. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the account moves to the Free plan with its limits. Your data is kept.

4. Plans, prices and payment

• Plans, included users, limits and prices are as shown on the pricing page, plus GST. You receive a GST tax invoice for each payment.
• Paid plans renew by AutoPay (UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate). Variable amounts such as extra users, add-ons and prorations are added to the next bill.
• Upgrades apply immediately; you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrades apply from the end of the current period.
• Extra users added mid-period are charged pro rata on the next bill. Removing a user lowers the next bill; the current period is not refunded.
• If a renewal payment fails we retry and remind you. If it is still unpaid after a 7-day grace period, the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund policy.

6. Your data

• Everything your agency enters belongs to you. You can export it at any time, including in read-only mode.
• When an account is paused we keep the data for 90 days, and we notify the owner before that period ends. We never delete an agency's data automatically without giving notice first.
• How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Just Travel India to send spam, to break WhatsApp or payment-network rules, to store unlawful content, or to try to access another agency's data. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other agencies at risk.

8. Third-party services

Payments to your customers are processed by your own Razorpay account and WhatsApp messages by Meta or a provider you choose. Their terms apply to those services. Just Travel India never holds your customers' money.

9. Liability

We work hard to keep Just Travel India available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Tax amounts are calculated from the rates you configure; please confirm filings with your chartered accountant. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify the agency owner of material changes at least 15 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
