Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever for 1 user, with 30 leads and 10 quotations a month. Every new agency also gets a 14-day Pro trial with all features – no card or UPI mandate needed.
Is the price per user?
No. Basic includes 3 users and Pro includes 5 users. On Pro you can add more users for ₹100/month each.
Can I use it in Hindi?
Yes. The whole app works in Hindi and English, and each staff member can choose their language.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API?
You can share quotations on your normal WhatsApp right away. For automatic messages, connect the WhatsApp Business API; our team can set it up for you.
How are payments collected from my customers?
Through your own Razorpay account, so money goes straight to your bank. Just Travel India never holds your customers' money.
Does it handle GST and TCS?
Yes. GST rates and TCS on overseas packages are applied automatically from current rules, and you get proper tax invoices.
What happens after the trial if I don't pay?
Your agency moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted: all your leads, quotations and bookings stay, and you can subscribe any time to get every feature back.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans renew with AutoPay and you can cancel from Billing in two taps. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
