Every new agency gets 14 days of Pro with every feature, without a card. When the trial ends you move to the Free plan automatically unless you choose a paid plan.
Paid plans renew automatically with UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate on the due date. Cancel any time from Billing: your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Pro includes 5 users. Each extra user is ₹100/month (₹1,000/year). Add a user any time and a prorated amount is added to your next bill; remove one and your next bill goes down.
Yes. Prices exclude 18% GST and every payment comes with a GST tax invoice in your agency's name, so you can claim input tax credit.
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period. Nothing is deleted – features not on your new plan become read-only and limits only apply to new records.
Monthly add-ons like Razorpay payments or the WhatsApp API are added to your plan bill and can be removed any time. AI credit packs are one-time and valid for 12 months. On the Free plan only AI credit packs are available.
