Connect WhatsApp Business

Option 1: Share from your own WhatsApp (no setup)

Every quotation, voucher and payment link has a WhatsApp button. It opens WhatsApp on your phone with the message ready to send. This works on every plan from day one.

Option 2: WhatsApp Business API (team inbox and automation)

With the API connected, your whole team can reply from one shared inbox and Just Travel India can send payment reminders and trip updates automatically.

1. Go to Settings → WhatsApp.
2. Enter the Phone number ID, WhatsApp Business account ID and access token from Meta Business Manager.
3. Copy the webhook URL shown on the page into your Meta app settings.
4. Send a test message.

Your access token is stored encrypted and is never shown again.

Templates

Messages that start a conversation (like payment reminders) must use Meta-approved templates. Just Travel India includes ready-made templates you can submit for approval.
