Create a quotation and share it on WhatsApp

1. Open the lead (or tap + New → Quotation).
2. Pick a package template or start blank. Dates and number of travellers come from the lead.
3. Add or change hotels, transport and activities from your library. Add up to three hotel options so the customer can choose.
4. Check the price summary. Your margin is added automatically; GST is calculated from your settings. Only people with the View cost prices permission see net rates and profit.
5. Tap Share → WhatsApp. The customer gets a link that opens beautifully on their phone. You can also download a PDF.

Know when it is opened

The quotation shows Viewed with the time the customer opened it. That is the best moment to call.

Revisions

Changing a sent quotation creates a new version, so you can always see what was sent earlier.

Accepting

When the customer agrees, tap Convert to booking. Travellers, services and the payment schedule move into the booking.
