Set up your agency in 10 minutes

After you sign up, open Settings → Agency profile and complete these steps.

1. Logo and colours – upload your logo (PNG or JPG). It appears on quotations, vouchers, invoices and your website.
2. Address and GSTIN – add your registered address and GSTIN. The state decides whether invoices show CGST + SGST or IGST.
3. Invoice settings – choose your invoice prefix (for example DH/26-27/). Numbering restarts every financial year in April.
4. Payment details – connect your own Razorpay account under Settings → Payments so customers can pay by UPI or card. Money goes straight to your bank.
5. Terms and notes – add your cancellation policy and payment terms. They are printed on every quotation.

Add your first package

Go to Library → Packages and create a template such as Kashmir 5N/6D with a day-wise itinerary and photos. You will use it to make quotations in two minutes.

Language

Each staff member can switch between English and Hindi from the language button in the top bar.
